Tom,

At Duke Life Flight, we have been flying since last Wednesday. The current
requirement we have is to identify ourselves once we lift, even for scenes.
We have a great relationship with out local airport. Once we leave our area
though, we have to go through a couple extra steps, but we have not been
requested to file an IFR plan. Our aircraft are currently not IFR
certified.
