One was recently used by the crew on our second helicopter.  It preformed
the insertion beautifully but the crew could not get the "cover" to release.
They later took it apart and concluded that the plastic tubing had expanded
while it sat in the compartment bag in the heat in the helicopter.
Otherwise, we have not used it on anyone else.
