Yeah, I found the same thing when I searched my same
using Google a while back.  Speaking of lawyers and
litigation, there was a lawsuit between the
Respiratory Therapy professional association and the
regulatory board in Ontario, Canada a little while
ago.  I am sure that some of the postings made to the
"anti-board" discussion group was used to judge the
professional credibility of the association, which
would be a shame since the majority of the postings
were well thought out and constructive.

I am always amazed when people think the the Internet
is a private place...
