What's with all the SPAM?

Hi Gang, (especially Rollie)

What's with all of the sex spam all of a sudden? I never have experienced 
spam on the list before.

Anyone else using Hotmail have any tips on filtering? Obviously, Bulk Mail 
filter won't work as I assume the list will be detected as such.

Don't want or need anything that is 10 inches, so maybe someone can help me 
out! =)
