Subject: Documentation software

I am a flight nurse with an ALS transport service consisting of both air and
ground units. We are currently looking for documentation software. A lot of
what is out there seems to be geared more toward basic services rather than
ALS services composed of both nurses and paramedics. We are currently
looking at EMS solution 2000 from SweetSoft and a "Medic" program from Pen
Computer Solutions. It's tough getting aderquate info from any of them. I am
wondering if anyone out there is currently using documentation software for
an ALS ground and airmedical service such as ours and could possibly steer
me in the right direction. A pen-based system is preferred but not
mandatory. Info need to be downloadable into a database such as Access. We
haven't decided on using laptops or PDA's. That would most likely depend on
the software. Let me know what you are using and where I can get information
and hopefully demo discs, etc.

Thanks,
