Training resources / Materials for Post Crash Surival

Anyone have a good recommendation for training material for flight team post
crash survival ? Any computer based program for providing refresher type
training?  Does anyone know of who is the expert in this area and do they
have anything available in a published format ?

Trying to develop a flight safety and survival resource for our Team
members.
