Moving on up

We're in the process of evaluating responses to our Request For Proposal (RFP) for the next contract period.

We currently fly a Eurocopter AS 350BA and would like to upgrade the aircraft to an AS 350B2 at minimum, with an outside chance at an EC 130 or BK 117. These aircraft were included in the RFP and the responses received.

Has anyone been successful in making this type of proposal to their administration and willing to share their insights and experiences?
