In regards to Randy's questions , My transport crew is ground only now.  Our hospital therefore utilizes several airmed teams from three different regions that surround our hospital.  The point is that if it took any of these companies an hour before they lifted off to pick up a transfer, we just wouldn't use them.  We have a choice because of the competition, and we could actually ground transport faster than air if the co. took that long.                              Randi Camreta/Coos Bay, Or.
