We use the Melker here and used to use the PerTrach prior to
it being removed from the market. Having had the unfortunate opportunity
to use both devices on 3 different calls (Melker once, PerTrach twice), I have
to say that I prefer the Melker.... it goes in much easier (completely my
opinion) than the PerTrach, probably because it is uncuffed. I understand
that the PerTrach is back on the market now, being sold by another
company!
