Why does your program allow for your physicians to sweep things under the 
rug?  This is bothersome in any regard to either doctors, nurses and 
paramedics.  The level of care you provide is only as good as your QA.  If 
you believe that doctors aren't held accountable in your program this should 
be examined and remedied as soon as possible.  I will say having worked with 
physicians and medics in the past I have no preference but will state the 
doctor on board has allowed us to fix many situations at referring hospitals 
as well as in the field without hesitation.  By the way Jeff doesn't Metro 
carry Ultra-Sound equipment?
