2. What type of orientation process is done
for new hires? Clinical time?
Classroom time?
3. Are you required
crew members and have to have a class III flight
physical? If so does the
company reimburse you for the physical?
4. What unifroms are provided
by the company at the start of employment and
in subsequent years?
5. What equipment is issued to you at employment?
6. Do you
have a clincal ladder? If so what step do you have and when is a
person
eligible for the first step? How do you recognize people on the
clinical
ladder?
7. What type of competency check off is done for new crew
members?
8. Are you CAAMS certified?
