I concur with Dwayne.  Aviation Helmets has the best price out there right now for helmets.  Beware of the advertisement of "reconditioned" vs. "new" helmets.  Flight Suits, LTD. is the exclusive civilian distributor for Gentex helmets, and it is my understanding Aviation Helmets sells unused or reconditioned surplus.

When I was researching helmets a few years ago for my previous employer, Aviation Helmets allowed me to try a helmet for a week with a P.O number which was very nice.
