Kyle,    Per the OPS manual the 754 can be used on Adults, Children and Infants (Neonate = infant?????), it's definately worth getting an "official" definition from Imapct if you have any thoughts of using it on neonates. I've used it on small peds patients and can't say I liked the way it functioned in that range, required lots of tweeking.  You probably "can" make it function on neonates but I'm a firm believer in not doing things "just because I can". There are too many viable options out on the market for neonatal transport ventilation to use a machine that is not necessarily designed for that pt. population or that is suboptimal.
