Re: Vent ?
We use the Univent 754. It does ventilate down to a very small TV (30cc) I believe. You do have to use a reusable pediatric vent circuit. It is difficult to control peak inspiratory pressures and it alarms more frequently with smaller tidal volumes. I love it for small peds (20-25lbs) up to the largest adults. Also the screen is difficult to see when the sun glares off of it, but overall it is very user friendly and reliable.

Does anyone use the (Impact Uni-Vent portable ventilator model 754) for neonates? We have had some people tell us it is the Cadillac ventilator and will even ventilate a mouse's cheeks and others tell us it won't work for neonates.
Thanks,
