Search for SAR Protocols

Does any one know of any site or program that might list their SAR 
protocols?  I am working for a company that is TRYING to establish an air 
ambulance and SAR program in the United Arab Emirates.  We have the medical 
protocols well set-up, but we are having to draw on each individuals 
personal expierence in dealing with SAR.  If you know of anyone I can 
contact, it would be greatly appreciated and very helpful.
