Re: Survey: Please return, we need data!

                           SURVEY

1. How are your work shifts structured
Two 24 hour shifts per week

2. Does your flight crew sleep while on duty?

YES If time permits. If we are very tired and
feel we can no longer function in top form, we are allowed to time out for 4
hours to sleep. This does not happen very often.

3.How many hours does a crewmember typically sleep before their shift?

Unknown

4. Does your flight crew rotate shifts?

We don't rotate shifts but do
rotate between 5 bases. Some bases are a 2 to 3 hour drive depending on
where people live.
