Transporting infectious risk patients

At a recent meeting, the question was raised about transporting patients who
have certain infectious risks.  Currently we have a policy prohibiting the
transport of patients, by air, who have active TB.  Are there any programs
who do not transport other infectious risks?  If so, what are they?  You can
either respond to me directly or though the list.
