Critical Care Nsg Positions

When new people are interested in obtaining a flight position one of the
things we usually tell them is that it is easier to get hired from inside
the facility than outside.

This is true.

Interestingly enough, for anyone even remotely considering moving or
transferring to the Central Florida area; there is a horrible nursing
shortage. As a result Floria Hospital Orlando is offering a $15,000.00
bonus (paid over 24 months - $650 a month) and Orlando Regional Healthcare
Service is offering a $14,400.000 bomus ($600 a month for 24 months).

Both facilities have air-medical programs.

If any is interested or knows anyone who is interested in Working at
Florida Hospital have them back channel me at the address below.

Maybe Karen or one of the other people would want to address the people
interested in Orlando Regional.

Just an FYI - no guarantee you'll make it to the flight team but it IS
easier from the inside!

Michael
