need some qusetions answered, can any one help?

I am working toward becoming a flight nurse I have BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, also have EMT/ARMY MEDIC experience, all of the jobs advertised talk about atls,btls or phtls are those necessary? and also my emt has expired do any of the state agengies grant emt or do you have to retest? would apprieciate any help with these.
