COMM SPEC TRAINING

I am researching training methods used by various
programs and methods of determining skill levels and
recurrent training. Trying to determine if using the
FAA part 65 (airline flight dispatch)training
curriculum or parts thereof, to increase the
standardization and safety.  This to be presented at
AMTC in September.
