Re: Droperidol vs Compazine



I have used both and do like droperidol better because of its ease of use.  In my experiance compazine works very well and there is not as much sedative effect if your pt. doesn't need it.  You just have to give compazine so slow to avoid the side effects that it is really impracticle for the flight enviroment, in my opinion.
