I use a GPS 12 for everything, from flying to hunting and boating. I love it
it is ground based not flight it is compatible with PC' ( has it's own
program for $99) and you can dowload coordinates from the PC or to the PC.
It holds 500waypoints is user friendly. Cost is around $149 you can by ac
and 12 volt power cables along with a PC cable.I don't know of any companies
in europe but www.garmin.com is the web site. Need more let me know
