Re: GPS



Hello,
I would suggest talking with someone in marine GPS sales.  These folks have
been dealing with these systems for a long time and they may have some
useful information.  Also, dealers involved with hunting may have some more
information about units that utilize maps over land (instead of nautical
charts, like the marine variety).  Most of the GPS units I have come across
are quite small and lightweight while providing a powerful tool at a
reasonable price (usually less than $400 US).  Good luck in your efforts!
