Well said Tracey Stover. Let us not forget when we were young and wanting to 
fly.
There is a lot to being a flight nurse but we all must remember our past. 
Passing all the available certifications helped me get on Bayflite in 1987... 
but all it did was get my foot into the door, I had to prove that I had the 
critical thinking skills to do the job. I think that the motivation to take 
these exams, in itself, is a quality that I look at when hiring a new flight 
nurse.
