Re: CFRN REQUIREMENTS
D.T.,
The truth of the matter is shadowed by your arrogance. Remember now a
days even primates can pass exams, but should that allow them to function
independently in a human environment. This does revert back to the old motto
"were looking for someone with more experience." I do believe that everyone
deserves a break----when they have earned it. Although degrading at times
basic floor nursing allows the new graduate to fine tune assessment skills,
patient-nurse interactions and above all organizational skills that a new
graduate lacks. The only way to obtain and become proficient at these tasks
is thru experience. You also need to realize that if there is one thing will
continuously let someone else get hired for a position over you and your 4.0
GPA, it is your arrogant demoralizing attitude. No matter what your grades
are like, no one enjoys working with a "know-it-all".
