I agree with Kevin
Even more important. How can you expect to deal with the unexpected 
emergencyw ithout that critical emergency / critical care experience. Theory 
only applies int he classroom. Do your self a favour work at least part time 
in a critical care setting. Credentials along with experience will get you far
