yeah, pressuring the air space in the bottle is
about the only way I know, but be careful you may pressurize the IV tubing right
out of the bottle. Then you don't have a problem pressurizing the fluid
because it will be on the floor.

Just as a thought but you can 'pressurize the bottle by
forcing enough air into it. If you have the type of tubing with an
additive port that connects to the bottle then you can attach a large
syringe and put air into it as needed. Otherwise, I have absolutely no
