Flight Following

We currently utilize AVL software in our ground vehicles with a 
dedicated CDPD cellular line back to our base.  This allows for 
vehicle tracking, speed, computer connection, etc. with the 
ambulances.  Is anyone using a similar system on their aircraft (via 
radio not cellular)?  If yes, what system are you using and would 
allow me to contact you for further info.
