Julia if you havn't found someone yet you could try a humanitarian assist
from the Air Force. They ahve an Peds ECHMO team that fly all over the
world. There last mission was from Okinawa Japan to San Antonio TX. It's
worth a shot if you havn't found someone yet all the can do is say no.
