Hello all,
I know this issue was raised a while back, but I'm looking for supporting 
data relating to utilizing a hospital helipad for rendevouz and continuation 
of transport by air when there is no other controlled LZ available. I 
understand the implications, and there has been several perceived 
interpretations of the ruling, I would like to know if there has ever been a 
formal position stated or case law that addresses this issue.
