Both Skyservice & Hastings have permanently mounted incubator on Lifeport
Aerosled.
Worked well for us
Ventilator & monitor also mounted on sled
The whole thing Slides out, right on our Stryker stretcher.

We do use the Clip deck
But much prefer using short back board belts (one on each sides)
We find it is safer & more stable (lateral movements... ie tilting)
