A-Star Pt Fluid Containment

How to put this delicately?......

We've had a few flights in the A-Star where the patients blood loss exceeded 
our capacity to keep it contained to the stretcher resulting in seepage below 
the floor panel.  This necessitated a major tear down, clean up and put back 
together with crew and maintainence working together.  Anyone have any ideas, 
tricks or product suggestions that will aid in protecting crew and ship in 
these types of flights???
