Rotorcraft: bases at hospital...50scene/50interhospital
RN/RRT Flight RT works in house/ RN works only on prn,pick up the slack basis. RN works 24hr shift RRT works 12hr shift
Fixed wing at airport
RN/RRT 24hr shift, neither works in hospital.

I was wondering how most aeromedical services are staffed? We are starting
a service and are looking for some staffing patterns, especially for
services that crew works within the facility. Types of staff, schedules,
and especially qualifications would greatly appreciated.
