you can try the link www.aircareall.org/listings.htm for a list of civilian
volunteer organizations for patient airlifts (Angel Flight, etc.). Most of
the organizations I know of use smaller civilian aircraft on shorter legs
but can arrange cross country handoffs with other organizations.
I think Corporate Angel Network is still around...they were based in White
Plains, NY. I believe they can arrange for corporate aircraft use for
patient transfers.
