Does anybody in the US have information about using corporate jets for
people who need to fly somewhere for medical treatment? Is there a 
national
clearinghouse of companies that will allow patients to hitch a ride on a
corporate jet in order to get a consult or get their treatment, etc, or is
it coordinated by the hospital on an individual company basis?

I'd appreciate any information on or off list. Thanks in advance.
